Full Stack Developer – Senior Software Engineer / Architect
As a Lead Software Development Engineer/Architect, you will be a key member of our product engineering team and lead it as the company grows, and help build great products!
– Responsibilities:
Write high quality code!
Build interactive web applications
Write reliable, modular, scalable and well-tested code
Optimize performance and browser compatibility
Ensure technical decisions support our goals of quality, scalability, reliability, security and high performance.
– What we look for:
Five or more years of experience building web applications and working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment as a Full stack or back end engineer
– Minimum Requirements:
A degree in computer engineering or similar subject.
Strong hands on experience in LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
Experience with high-scale web applications (e.g., well-designed APIs, high volume data pipelines, efficient algorithms).
Hands on experience with SQL stored procedures, database architecture, micro services, message queues
Experience building RESTful APIs, AJAX
Experience in building scalable, load balanced web applications
Strong command line skills on LINUX (Cent OS or RHAT)
Some Experience with server administration
Excellent HTML5, CSS3 programming skills
Hands on Experience with JQuery and Bootstrap
Knowledge in container technology (docker) and cloud services (IaaS, PaaS), AWS
Experience with NoSQL and BigData – Hadoop/Hive/HBASE, Cassandra, MongoDB, etc

Part Time Graphic Designer – UX Designer
The Graphic Designer will ideate, develop and execute creative content for Clarip’s website and all marketing channels. The individual will be responsible for designing emails, online marketing content, print materials, white papers, landing pages, as well as other print advertising assets.
– Responsibilities:
Ongoing production of marketing items, design and layout of in-house marketing materials for websites and white papers.
Great sense of design, typography and web design skills, as demonstrated by your portfolio
Love for typography, and design – both online (web) and offline
Excellent communication skills
The talent to develop creative concepts based on direction from management and the ability to accept criticism and incorporate changes
Ability to maintain brand identity
Awareness and knowledge of Social Media and the latest trends
Time and project management skills to meet deadlines efficiently
Works well in a fast-paced team environment
Execute a forward-thinking and modern aesthetic and design across multiple mediums
– Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Strong Expertise in Pixelmator or GIMP or InkScape or Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
Expertise in open source graphic design tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Word and Excel, as well as Mac Pages.
Hands on experience in front end technologies – HTML, and CSS, WordPress, and other CMS, email marketing tools such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.
Experience designing web applications, and software products
Experience with User Experience / UX Design
Prior work experience in a software company / SaaS company designing web applications and graphics for front-end is a big plus
Sales Engineer for Pre-Sales Enterprise Software
This position is ideal for someone who has thrived as the technical person conducting product demos with prospects and customers. As a Sales Engineer, you will have a significant impact on the success of each sales presentation, and will share in its financial rewards.
– Responsibilities:
Assess prospective customer needs and uncover requirements for Clarip solutions
Remove technology-related buying objections from the sales opportunity
Demo products to technical and non-technical audiences, at executive levels in sales meetings
Independently coordinate all aspects of technical product evaluations, and address customer questions
Articulate the technical value proposition and key differentiating capabilities to prospective new customers and solutions partners
Prepare and present technical proposals, SOWs, and RFIs
Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure all aspects of the sale are aligned
Identify market and product requirements based on field experience and customer input
Partner with our Sales and Product Development teams to develop enterprise solutions
Provide post-sales follow-up, technical training, and help with post-implementation support
Ensure total customer satisfaction with the customer’s implementation experience
– Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related area
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supporting SaaS software sales
Broad understanding of enterprise data architecture, privacy, and security technologies
Broad understanding of enterprise information technologies
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and have an ongoing desire to stay current with the latest technologies
Ability to focus on results while working independently
Strong problem solving and analytical skills: must be capable of accurately assessing needs, maintaining a calm business demeanor, and taking quick action to resolve issues

Sales Director – Enterprise Account Executive for Software Sales
As a key member of our Sales and Marketing team, you will have a major impact on our business. The responsibilities include a broad range of sales and marketing activities, including the following:

10+ years of experience selling to enterprise and mid-market customers.

– Requirements:
